About the course
Learn Financial Management from CA Rahul Danait through his Exam Oriented Course — built on more than 15 years of teaching Finance to CA students across India.

This is a Live Online Batch designed for students who want to learn Financial Management comprehensively, but through a more time-efficient and examination-focused format.
The conceptual explanation, depth of teaching and coverage of the syllabus remain the same as in the Full Course.
Students in the Exam Oriented Course will also receive the same FM Question Bank used in the Full Course, giving them access to the same comprehensive set of practice questions.
The primary difference is in the number of questions solved during classroom hours.
Since this is a 90-hour course, slightly fewer questions will be solved live in class compared with the Full Course. However, because the Question Bank remains the same, students continue to have access to the same range and variety of questions for independent practice.
Detailed solutions are printed in the Question Bank itself for reference.
This allows us to preserve the conceptual depth of the Full Course while using classroom time more efficiently.

Students who are unable to attend live need not worry. Recorded lectures will be made available on the same day, within minutes of the live lecture ending, so you can continue your preparation according to your own schedule.
Students will receive the same FM Question Bank provided to Full Course students, delivered to their registered address.
The Question Bank has been designed for structured practice using relevant ICAI questions arranged chapter-wise and concept-wise, with unnecessary repetition removed and questions logically sequenced for effective preparation.
Since the Question Bank is the same as that of the Full Course, Exam Oriented students also have access to the complete practice material even though comparatively fewer questions are solved during classroom hours.
Concept explanations, derivations and classroom notes will be written by students in their own notebooks during the course. This keeps the learning process active and ensures that your concept notes develop alongside the lectures.
Students will be provided with a dedicated WhatsApp number for doubt solving and will also be part of their batch-specific WhatsApp group.
Doubts will ordinarily be addressed within 24–48 hours, allowing you to continue your preparation without remaining stuck on unresolved concepts or questions.
Once you purchase the course, you will receive a payment confirmation email along with instructions and links for downloading the Rahul Danait Academy App.
All course access — including live lectures, recorded lectures and other learning resources — will be available through the Rahul Danait Academy LMS/App.
The app is available across Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.
