You may request cancellation of a purchase before the course content or services have been substantially used or consumed. Once the course content or services have been substantially used or consumed, refund eligibility may be restricted as described in this policy.

Eligible requests will be reviewed in good faith. Approval of a refund is subject to verification of purchase details and the conditions of this policy. We will communicate the outcome of your request to the contact details associated with your purchase or enquiry.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment gateway / payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the third-party payment gateway and your bank or card issuer. Rahul Danait Academy does not control banking or payment-provider settlement timelines.
If a cancellation or refund is approved, access to the related course or digital content may be withdrawn or disabled. Continued use of the course after an approved refund is not permitted.
If a payment fails, course access will not be granted for that failed transaction. If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate with the payment provider and assist with an appropriate resolution where a duplicate charge is confirmed.
